Striker LETHAL could be the BEST player in the game

FIFA 23 is getting closer every day and the news and rumors surrounding the release only add to the excitement.

There will be a lot of discussion on the notes when they are released, with many changes expected at the top of the tree.

Keep reading for everything you need to know about Bundesliga standings in FIFA 23.

Release date

We haven’t seen an official release date yet, but we still have a rough idea of when the game will arrive.

FIFA 22 was fully launched on friday 1 october 2021so if EA follows the same trend, then Friday, September 30, 2022 could be our FIFA 23 release date.

As the game goes live before that (early access/web app), we’ll likely see the new player ratings revealed in the month leading up to release.

Watch out for the return of the “Ratings Collective”, as they will no doubt be sharing their work on social media as the hype surrounding the launch grows.

Robert Lewandowski (OVR 92)

LETHAL LEWA – Could we see the Pole making 93 overall in FIFA 23?

There’s no doubt that Robert Lewandowski will be the highest rated Bundesliga player – if he stays at Bayern Munich.

He didn’t hide the fact that he would like to leave with Barcelona being his likeliest destination.

The deadly sniper could also consider himself the highest rated player in FIFA 23, with the potential for his rating to go up to 93 OVR.

Manuel Neuer (OVR 90)

SAFE HANDS – Neuer is still one of the best around

It’s no surprise to see Manuel Neuer near the top of the ratings, still going strong at 35.

He will once again be one of the best goalkeepers in the game, sitting on an impressive 90 GEN Evaluation.

Sadio Mané (OVR 90)

NEW ARRIVAL – If Lewandowski leaves, then Mane could be Bayern’s main man

Sadio Mane replaced the Red of Liverpool with that of Bayern Munich after being bought at a bargain price.

He’s had another great season at club and domestic level and we think he should get a slight ratings boost, up to a 90 GEN.

Joshua Kimmich (OVR 89)

ALMOST THERE – Kimmich sets 90 OVR rating

The German has had another fantastic season at Bayern but we don’t think it will be enough to see him join the club in the 90s.

Instead, expect to see him hover just below that elite tier for another title, with a 89 GEN.

Leon Goretzka (OVR 88)

BEAST MODE – Goretzka is a total midfielder

Leon Goretzka has become a beast of a player and will be one of FUT’s early favorites.

He saw a boost in the FIFA 22 Ranking Update and we think he will wear it 88 OVR in FIFA 23.

Thomas Muller (OVR 87)

MASTERFUL – Muller continues to pull the strings on the pitch

Yet another Bayern player, Thomas Muller has always been difficult to predict a rating as his playing stats don’t match his quality in real life.

We think of another 87 OVR is on the way, although that could easily increase in the next title.

Leroy Sané (OVR 86)

SWITCH UP – Sane could see his rating and position change in FIFA 23

Leroy Sane launched FIFA 22 with a 84 OVR and has seen that increase throughout the season.

He will probably start FIFA 23 with his new 86 OVRwhich will likely mean we can’t turn to him for a budget option in FUT 23.

Christopher Nkunku (OVR 86)

TOP FORM – Nkunku will now have to show it wasn’t just a one off season

One of the in-form players of the season, Christopher Nkunku was on fire last campaign and saw his rating go up by one. 81 OVR has a 86 OVR.

If he can continue to perform at the same level this season, that could increase further, although if he doesn’t, EA could move quickly to reduce it.

Marco Reus (OVR 85)

CAPTAIN FANTASTIC – Reus leads from the front in Dortmund

The Borussia Dortmund captain has had a great season, registering eight goals and 15 assists in 28 league appearances.

There is no danger for him 85 GEN rating being hit, and it might even increase slightly in FIFA 23.

Serge Gnabry (OVR 85)

CONSTANT THREAT – Gnabry racked up 45 appearances for Bayern last season

Serge Gnabry appeared in every Bayern league game last season as they raced to another title.

He’s made a great comeback with 14 goals and six assists, although we’re not sure that’ll be enough to see his rating rise from 85 GEN.
